They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Martinez is not just an O.D., she becomes part of one's family. She is very caring and dedicated professional!
