Dr. Coffman had performed cataract surgery on both my eyes a few years ago. I was very pleased with both him as a doctor and the office. Success has changed this man. Unfortuately I have to report that Dr. Tom Coffman is lacking in professionalism. My husband was not told ahead of time that Dr. Coffman was no longer doing cataract surgery. It was only after waiting in the waiting area for a full hour and finally being taken in to the examining rrom that Dr. Coffman told him he was no longer doing surgery. He handed my husband a card with a Dr. Martin's name and told him to make arrangements with him for the cataract surgery. My husband should have been called by either the Dr. or the office manager and given a heads up and should have been given the option of keeping the appointment in light of this information. My husband only went to the Visual Health and Surgical Center for cataract surgery to be performed by Dr. Coffman, if it were deemed a medical necessity. Shame on Dr. Coffman. The office was not adhereing to the social disctancing either, in light of this pandemic. No shield for the receptionist behind the counter. So sad. He will NOT be seeing Dr. Martin or anyone else at this unprofessional clinic.

He is by far the very best!!!!!! After years of difficulty he repaired my eyes and like new again.

If you value your eyes stay away from. Dr Coffman and his third world facility. 73 yrs old and still doing surgery and damaging people's eyes, in. My case I was blind for months I need retina repair for my damaged eye , two specialist away from this mans office said he really did a botched job of your eye. If you read this and you value your eyes , go elseware.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
