I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Gave 2 stars to balance the fact that the physicians and their staff are incredible.

However their optical shop is terrible!!!! Customer service is not number one with them. They send their orders to a "lab", who incorrectly made my glasses twice. You would think after two mistakes on the lab's part, I would receive rush service? Well, 5 business days after the second reorder, and I am still waiting. I was told they would be ready yesterday, but they've backpedaled and now said Monday.

The optical shop employee stated they were "rushing" the job, and that I was "not the only customer". Six business days later is a RUSH job? Really? I am not the only customer? Who in a service industry says that to a customer who is purchasing your service?

As I said, great doctors, horrible optical shop. Take your prescription and go elsewhere!!!!!
