The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office.I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I would NOT recommend Dr Donaghy.
