They would probably do better if they were more friendly. Nobody wants to talk to someone that seems like they are somewhere else all the time. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. After that I felt like I was rushed through. Dr acted like he was doing me a big favor. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I won't go back.

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
