I have had two LASIK procedures performed at Dr Ballard's facility (First Eye Care Dallas AKA Infinity Laser Vision)in 2010. Dr Ballard performed my LASIK screening and provided follow-up care. After two LASIK surgeries I am left with poor vision and am unable to participate in the activities I did prior to LASIK. My vision is now uncorrectable with contact lenses or glasses to the level it was prior to surgery. I now see multiple images with each eye. I am unable to enjoy simple things such as watching a movie with my wife as I have constant issues due to higher order aberrations. The quality of vision I have now with glasses or contacts in not what it was prior to the surgeries when I was wearing cheap, disposable soft contact lenses. I am now unable to legally drive without contact lenses or glasses after the procedure. The results of my poor surgery outcome have really had a negative impact on my life as well as my wife's. Severe negative outcomes are real and do still happen.
