I was seen by Dr. Davis he explained my problems and we proceed with follow up appointments. I ordered my glasses and was very clear or so I thought about progressive lenses. When my glasses arrived a trip to Ketchum was in order to pick them up. They were fitted . Half way home the lenses were not changing to a darker glass wear I called and was told that they would not change if I was driving because of the glass windshield. I thought that was odd because most of the time I'm out is in the car. The next phone call was made only to be told that progressive lenses were not order. Well I paid close to three hundred dollars for something. The glasses were returned to have that right lenses made. Well at that point the excuses started it would take three weeks, in three weeks I called back only to be told the company was on vacation, next it was someone was sick, then they cut the lens wrong and they did not know when to expect them but I was told soon finally on Friday when again I called back and was just fed up with all of there excuses and the fact that many times Tiffany told my husband she would get back to him and never did I demanded an answer now it has been another 5 weeks. Well today we are going to have to go back to have the glasses repaired as a lens has fallen out after two weeks. Just to inform you that we will once again have to do business with you but never again. At an eleven hundred dollar pair of glasses and this is what has happened no wonder people take business out of this valley and go to Twin Falls. I will request all of our records and be going to another eye care facility I will be signing this NO THANK YOU!!! Richard and Beverley Whyte
