Dr. Leber is an amazing optometrist that really devotes his time to his patients. I was very comfortable and all me questions were answered completely. He is the best optometrist that I have ever been to.

After 4 visits and 3 months of waiting, I was slipped the wrong pair of contacts because the ones that I had ordered through Dr. Leber's office were no longer available. When I realized I was given the wrong contacts, I turned around and brought them right back. The next day, Dr. Leber himself called me to inform me that my contacts were in. Finally, after 3 months I was going to get my contacts or so I thought. I arrived at his office only to find that he was trying to give me the same contacts that I had refused the day before. This was when I was told that the contacts I requested were no longer available. I let him know that I would be using a different Doctor in the future because even if my requested contacts were no longer available, I wanted a Doctor that I could trust to contact me and give me options instead of ordering an alternative and passing it off as what I requested. I asked my insurance company not to pay Dr. Leber for the contacts and filed a dispute with them to recover the amount so that I could use it towards contacts elsewhere. Dr. Leber lied regarding the situation to my insurance. I called Dr, Leber with VSP (my insurance provider) on the phone and that's when VSP heard Dr, Leber admit what he did and VSP refunded my cost.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience
