Dr. Egger seems to run a fraudulent business or his office is completely incompetent. I was overcharged and and charged for hardware I did not receive. I understand that mistakes happen. I have been dealing with this mistake for nine months and still am out a lot of money. Dr. Egger ran a test he knew was not covered by my insurance and did not disclose this until AFTER the test thereby not giving me an opportunity to opt out. I was also charged for a fitting consultation on my contacts by a young lady who was not born when I started wearing contacts. This to was not covered by my insurance. I have spent literally hours on the phone with my insurance company and his staff trying to reconcile the problems. As I write this I am preparing to call his business office yet again to get the double billed money that he owes me.
