They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
