He's a liar, and a thief. He'll take your money for the whole 30 seconds of work. Why? Because you cut into his play time. Do yourself a favor and DON"T GO TO THIS ARROGANT LIAR.
I went here though my insurance from work. After my experience I posted flyers ALL over our breakroom warning my coworkers from this con-man. I called and scheduled an appt, I went there, waited for over an hour because the a-hole was at the gym playing squash and forgot he had a patient waiting. So ended up having to reschedule and yet lose another hour from work.
2nd time I went, I waited another 45 min., I went to the room and it was DISGUSTING. There was spider webs everywhere, makeup on the chin rest, CL cases everywhere. CLearly not sanitary. When he finally decided to come in, he did a quick exam without any interest of heaing me out...Oh, I had to ask him to clean the chin rest, Gave me a sample and told me to come back again. Now the front staff, overcharged me. I called back later that day to tell them I could not see wih the sample, but they said that Dr. Perry will not see me until next week, I asked to speak to with him or the office manager because they also over-charged me by $120.00, but I was told they were both very busy and will call me back. 4 days later and 6 more call still no call back from Dr. Perry or the manager. I was over charged 120.00, can't see, can't get another sample, can't talk to the doctor and can't go for an earlier appt. When I finally reported him to my insurance, the manager Carol called and said "Dr. Perry is too busy to deal with this kind of non-sense", he said he would refund me the over charged amount but "He is dismissing you as a patient" .... What? He calls himself a Doctor. So I asked for my Rx but he said I need to find another doctor to do my follow up. I asked to speak to the insurance person, and Teri, the rudest person i've dealt with said that Dr. Perry instructed her not to reverse my insurance. So how in the world am I suppose to get my CL Rx now? Pay someone else to finish his work!!!
It took a formal complaint to the board to finally get this arrogant jerk release my Rx and give my overcharged refund 3 months later!!! That's 3 months later. After all that headache and time lost from work, he had given me an Rx which was totally off, my rx is -3.25 and his rx was -2.00... No wonder why I couldn't see. This man has no business calling himself a Doctor.....DON'T BE FOOLED BY HIS FAKE INNOCENT LOOKS. He is selfish, unprofessional, and exremely ARROGAT. If you go to him, you've wasted your time and money....Yes Money, he'll overchage you and will not pay you back unless you fight for it.
