Dr. Fensin takes his time with patients. He provides thorough exams and clearly explains the results. He is very experienced, professional. and cares about his patients.

Dr. Fenson was great in answering all my questions and taught me a lot about how to care for my eyes. He was very knowledgable and cleared up many misconceptions I had about caring for my contacts. He listens and makes the appointment seem to go by quickly. The staff in the office however is horrible. I never got called to schedule an appointment and didn't recieve a call when my contacts were ready. The ladies at the front desk are very rude and not well mannered. I never received a thank you, you're welcome, or even a hello or good afternoon. Horrible customer serveice.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
