Wonderful and very informative. Dr. East checked my sons vision today and explained things in his terms and was just overall a great experience. I will be going back! Excellent same day service as well.

As usual, a great experience for my daughter with Dr. East. Patient, kind, and clearly explains what she needs to know....especially with her new journey into contact lenses. Great staff, too.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The BEST eyeglass experience I've ever had!!! (I'm 55 yrs. old & have been wearing glasses/contacts since 2nd grade.) I'm a challenge; I have some eye problems, including fluctuating vision caused by multiple eye surgeries I've had over the past 25 years. Dr. East was so great! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely desired to give me the best prescription possible… and he did! I’ve never been this happy with an eye prescription! Then, Opti-Club matched Dr. East’s level of excellence! I can truly say that I have also never been this happy with eyeglasses! In the past, I’ve wasn't completely satisfied with the fit of eyeglasses I’ve gotten, even after taking them back a few times. I usually just give up and live with them. Not this time! Opti-Club fitted my glasses to perfection, and the first time at that! They did tell me to bring the glasses in if I found that they needed to be adjusted after wearing them, but they haven’t needed it. Like Dr. East, the people at Opti-Club were knowledgeable, polite and very accommodating. Another great thing: all this excellence at a very reasonable price!
I cannot recommend Dr. East and Opti-Club high enough. If you’re looking for the TOTAL package of excellence for your vision needs, you can’t do better than this!!!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
