Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

This is the best optometrist I have used in my 20 years of wearing glasses. The office is convenient. Dr. Cross is thorough and takes the time to explain different aspects of the exam. It is typically easy for me to schedule appointments. I highly recommend.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they are very reliable.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
