I am the kind of person who will not return if I don't like the service. They do the kind of thing you would want your doctor to do. Speak to you as a person. I have eye allergies, they know me and my family. I called the office and they just wrote me a rx to be picked up. I didn't need an appointment, this may be routine in other offices, but here it is all about the patient. You can do no better in Dr Irhke, you know you are meeting someone special when speaking to him.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
