They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful.

Just don't try and get your prescription over the phone from them.

I was trying to order a backup pair of glasses for my daughter from a cheaper online place. They insisted that the only way I could get a copy of her prescription was to pick it up from them or they could fax it to whomever I was ordering from.

I contacted the website I was ordering from and got a fax number from them. Only to find out that as soon as they got the prescription they would be e-mailing it to me so that I could order the glasses online. Even after pointing this out to the usually so helpful receptionist at Dr. Dean's office, she admitted it was a little backwards and still insisted on doing it their way.

What a pain. What should have taken me 5 min is now potentially going to take a lot longer. I have to wait for a fax to go out, be received, and an e-mail with that info to be sent to me before i can order the glasses. Why can't you just give it to me over the phone again??????
