I started going to Dr Hugh Goggins in 1979 in Rogers Park, Chicago .He was and is excellent .A consummate Professional with tremendous patience and Grace.I highly recommend him !

My family has been going to Dr. Gogins for 18 years. Great service and staff. He has seen my children grow up over the years. I particularly like the fact that he knows us by name. He knows our history and he provides the personal care that my family deserves.

I have been going to Dr. Goggins for over 30 years. My son was a patient, and after my son, I started going to him. The staff is very friendly, and answers any questions I may have. They also have really fashionable frames.

Although there is no complaint about competence, the unfortunate reality is that this provider's operation is focused on maximizing financial gain versus trying to appropriately counsel patients on their needs and choices that make sense. Though it was known that the need was for glasses to be used only during the occasional times when contacts weren't being used, Gogins operation succeeded in upselling to the point of what can only be considered an obscene display of greed and avarice. Money seems to be the driver, and no attempt was made to remedy the situation.
