Rude reception staff, not understanding about my work schedule! I was informed one thing by the optometrist and informed another by the receptionist, very poor patient doctor communication compounded by a rude receptionist. I will have to wait nearly 3 weeks (19 days) since my exam and full payment to receive my contact lenses. Had I have known it was going to be this difficult I would have taken my $400.00 elsewhere. Possibly to a clinic that does not treat patients rudely and with an attitude of indifference. I have been a loyal custome for the last 5 years, I will now look to take my eyes and business elsewhere in the future. I suggest to anyone reading my review to look for another optometrist.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I have been seeing Dr. Shari Jurgensen since she bagan practicing and before that her father. I cannot say a bad word about this practice.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
