They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Dr. Hoss has been taking care of my eyes for over 25 years. My eyes are a very high correction. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that my eyes have had the very best care throughout the years. He is committed to me as much as he is his profession. I will be very sad one day when he decides to take a well deserved retirement. Thankfully, that is more than a few years away, still.
