They are so rude here and totally not friendly. I'm surprised they get any business. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. agree with all that and much more I was in the Joplin tornado nearly lost my life! I had a valid RX for contacts but in Nicoles eye,s since i didn't go back for the fitting I had to pay the full amount of 161.00 just to be able to see in this time of crisis for me.and my family. I've been a patiient of Dr.Renner's for almost 10 years... he's GREAT but because of this i will never go back that office again.
