The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I have been going to see him for years. One year I saw another major optometrist, who was on our insurance, who made an error in my husband's prescription. We paid full price to so back to Dr. Leonard. We will continue to see him.
