This office staff is the most rudest and unprofessional I have ever been into. I am a college student and I didn't have my insurance on the day of service and so I paid out of pocket. I took my insurance the next day and was told that they couldn't file it because they close their books daily and the physician closes his books monthly. I was also told that they didn't accept my insurance and my insurance company stated that this physician is in network. Never would I recommend this Physician or office to anyone. HORRIBLE STAFF AND OFFICE MANAGER. I also was told if I wanted to be reimbursed I had to file the claim myself. Really? You have a year to file a claim and pure laziness is what this office has.

The staff could not find any documentation of my visit. The Drs. wife was pushy and rude. The elderly front desk attendant belongs in a nursing home.. etc. My family and friends will be advised against visiting this business.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Their office was well organized and clean. They were able to provide me with most everything they promised me. Their office was busy, but they took me on time in front of the walk-ins as I had an appointment already made. I was not impressed with the doctor. He was condescending, dismissed the problem I was having and said I needed to change my contacts more often. The problem is a little better after doing that, but it didn't make the problem go away. I liked his office staff, but will not go back to him or take my family to him.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
