It was a rather clean place of business. Most of the front desk people I encountered were very nice. I was not too impress with the assistant that came in when I was being fitted for contacts, never smiled and look tired and worn out. There was another one at the check out that took my payment and told me that my insurance did not cover anything any more however they would give me 15% off my contacts. I was too scared to say no thank you, I do believe Walmart would be cheaper. I paid the money and got out of there. I went home and fround my Superior Vision card and called to give them the policy #. I am still waiting for the refund for my contact lens... and waiting.. and waiting

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Dr. Weitz and his staff are GREAT. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office is located at the Barnes & Noble plaza near On The Border across from Crossroads Mall in Cary. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My husband, daughter and I have been treated by Dr. Weitz for several years and are completely satisfied. I am a retired surgical nurse and find Dr. Weitz and his procedures extremely professional and up to date with new techniques.
