Dr. Arthur Friedman will go to extra length to make sure your eyes are healthy and satisfy your optical needs. Did you ever have a true high school or college friend. Well if you met Arthur he one of them. Never lied, never cheated. Smiles and laughs at your jokes and more importantly, is never judgmental If you want to just talk about other things during your visit he will willingly listen. Mall doctors are good but it's a business there. Yes, he has a business but you can tell the difference. Wish there were more Arthurs in the world. We could sure need them.

The office is a bit outdated , but, Dr. Friedman was the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. The staff was courteous and helpful. I have recommended this office to others who have also been pleased with the service Dr. Friedman and his staff provided at this location.

Dr. Friedman has been my eye doctor for the past 4 years. Never had an issue with his service. When my child needed glasses I took her there. I was blown away by his interaction with them. Even had Dr. Friedman dancing as they sang a kid song. Great service. If i have a question the Administrator answers or have Dr. Friedman provide the answer. Sometimes on the spot the call the Vision Provider and obtain the information needed. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always return my phone calls quickly. They have really great customer service here and are children friendly (from my experience).

Dirty office. Smells like cigarette smoke from the 70's. horrible staff- horrible prescription. Don't waste your time here it will just cause you aggravation. Feel like I was ripped off.
