I've been going here for since I was 12 years old and couldn't dream of going any other place. Dr. Matthews, along with fixing eye troubles, educates you on the reason and cause of the eye problems and explains how his method is going to correct it.

The two ladies at the front are delightful. They go above and beyond expectations to help accomodate you. One time, I called just before they closed to find out their hours (my glasses had gotten bent and I needed them adjusted) and they stayed open long enough for me to get in their and for the quick adjustment to be made.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr. Mathews has served my wife, our son, and my mother-in-law for years, and he is meticulous and helpful. His two assistants are always cheerful and provide excellent service. I highly recommend his work.
