I was referred to Anderson Eyecare by several coworkers and my family and I have been going here for 4 years now. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful!

The waiting area chairs at this eye care facility were average. Not the most comfortable but not crappy either. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They answered most of my questions, but I could have used more information for sure. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They would probably do better if they were more friendly. Nobody wants to talk to someone that seems like they are in a bad mood all the time.
I can not believe this place! It took me 3 months for them to get me the correct glasses (I paid for them and it still took this long). The first glasses they gave me were so far off my prescription it was ridiculous. Then, somehow they were lost in translation when they were sent back. The owner's wife was supposed to be checking on them, but when I called to check myself, I was told she must have forgot because her brain is in a fog from their upcoming vacation!! No excuse whatsoever give me a break. They DO NOT have a good selection, you get better selection and service from a place you may find in a mall. Then I went to pay on my husbands account and they took the full balance instead of a payment. I wasn't even sure why there was even a balance after he paid so much at his visit and I was trying to pay on it in good faith! When I called back I was told that is just their policy! I was never told this and I was very clear when I made the payment! The staff, there is one girl who tries to help, but the rest seem to rather be elsewhere....I can't say I blame them after what I went through. Horrible, horrible service and a doctor who got a complete incorrect prescription for me. I had to give them my old prescription for both glasses and contacts and still had to pay for his mistake! I can't believe I tried as hard as I did to give this place the benefit of the doubt. My family will NOT go here again!

Outstanding Care - Very attentive and showed great concern with taking care of my eye care needs. I highly recommend this Doctor and his office staff. They're all AWESOME!
