I received a contact prescription at this facility and I called back to get my prescription to order contacts online and they have no record of me being fitted for contacts. Paid for this fitting and now there is "no record on file." After calling to fix the problem, I was instructed to come back and "pay" for another fitting. Would not recommend this business to any family or friends.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Dr. Jones was very rude and disrespected to my sons her refuse to check his eyes and ask if he was stuped and my son sat there and ask what did i do. Iam going to file a comp. with the medical bored. he does not need to be in this field
I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
