A very close friend of mine who has a daughter with Down Syndrome visited Dr. Lloyd. After examining the young lady, he remarked that her eyesight wasn't good, but that it didn't matter because she has Down Syndrome.

When she reported him to the Insurance Company for this, he then called to yell at HER. Avoid this dolt at all costs
