Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was in so much pain when I left my appointment. I feel much worse than I did when I arrived and I'm never going back. I hate calling this office. If they even answer the phone, I am on hold forever. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment's risks and benefits. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcomed by anyone there. I thought they were quite rude in fact.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was glad that their treatment rooms were open and spacious. I was able to relax very easily. Every time I come here the acupuncturist always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been a while since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I have never received biased input from this acupuncturist.
