No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr. Benvegnu is absolutely fabulous and has helped me greatly get to the bottom of my back pain. I highly recommend her and she is my to-go-to acupuncturist although I could access a practitioner closer to home, I continue to make the drive to Redwood City.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated their hospitality.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. The acupuncturist went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best place to go for acupuncture. They uphold a very strong professional reputation.
