They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The table I laid on during my treatment felt really nice. I was so comfortable. They answered all of my questions, and I left feeling much more informed about acupuncture and how to follow the instructions for my healing. One thing I noticed about their office was how caring Lisa is, & how organized the office is. Kent is extremely intelligent, well educated and a terrific, caring physician. I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I was well taken care of, each of my family members have been well taken care of & I have recommended many others to this practitioner.

I used to visit Kent's office when he was in Cedar Falls, and he was a great doctor. Always spent ample amount of time with me and was never in a hurry to push me out the door. His practice was extremely effective for my insomnia and allergies.

Kent Addelman is an expert medical doctor with excellent credentials. He is dedicated to accurately diagnosing and taking care of his clients. I personally had female issues taken care of, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis and a host of other medical issues, many that had routinely occurred for over 25 years.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Let me just say that this clinic is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It gives you a real peace of mind. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other clinics I have been to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
