Beverly is a hidden treasure in Kalamazoo. The absolute best, most caring and competent in her field. She put my autoimmune disease in remission in four months -- and made it possible for me to have my beautiful baby daughter, when traditional medicine failed me. She is compassionate, highly skilled and extremely intuitive. I would recommend Beverly 100 %.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. When I arrived for my appointment the staff seemed to be waiting for me and I didn't have to wait at all. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. They gave me a very thorough explanation about how acupuncture works and why its effective. They were happy to answer every question I had. They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
