I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals when they don't have an answer for me. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interests in mind. They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't feel rushed at all.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
