I have many aches and pains due to past injuries or from just being clumsy. Prescription medications do not help me; they only act as a bandage for the pain. I have used acupuncture many times over the past twenty years. I am a strong proponent of it. Jan St. Germaine has studied her treatment process in China, going straight to the source. She is extremely knowledgeable and will make you feel at ease. I have sought treatment from her for a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder area, which Gabitrin did NOT help. I have gone to her for a very badly sprained ankle. I have also seen her for an old injury while on a ski trip many years ago when I twisted my knee. She was able to treat that, as well. Gosh, the more I talk about this, I think I'm going to call her now for some minor aches and pains I'm having! Thanks, Jan!

Jan is highly qualified and a true professional. She truly is dedicated to helping you heal and takes every measure to do so. She is upfront and will tell you approximately how many sessions it will take to help you. She is thorough and very gentle and kind.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. When comparing them to other acupuncturists I have visited, they are among the best I have seen. I was really impressed with my visit. I love how much attention to detail they show at this clinic. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something which really puts my mind at ease. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

The staff members were knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions. Jan is very knowledgeable about acupuncture. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I am very impressed! After leaving the appointment, I felt so much better! I look forward to my next appointment next week. Their treatment rooms were were very spacious and well ventilated. The entire area is very peaceful and conducive to the treatment environment. I am so thankful for having this opportunity to express my appreciation for the excellent therapy and care that I receive from this office
