Professional and thorough. I love that she is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcomes it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Susan Froehlich was very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I know that I could count on her at all times. Parking was not a problem at all. Lots of resources, always on the lookout for something that specifically addresses my needs.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The needles didn't hurt at all during my treatment. I am scared of needles and was pleasantly surprised that I couldn't tell they were even there. They were ready to see me as soon as I showed up for my appointment. I wasn't kept waiting, which was nice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I left feeling extremely satisfied.
