They always explain every aspect of my child's dental procedures to me. I never have never had to worry. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed and I felt ignored. My child's needs were mostly met, but they didn't make much of an extra effort. . Scheduling is NOT flexible at all. I have found better service somewhere else however I would return if the need arose.
