They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Follow-up was difficult and communication was somewhat lacking, however, once I brought attention to the problem they worked with me satisfactorily to resolve the issue.

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The whole staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone.

What a great experience for the person that is terrified of dentists!! It has probably been 20 years since I have seen a dentist that does NOT use laughing gas. I was very leery of using Dr. Martinelli because he does not use any gas, but he was so highly recommended that I took a chance. Boy am I glad that I did!! He is so gentle when doing procedures that I did not have to have the laughing gas. And I had the first experience in my 58 years long and expensive dental history with Dr. Martinelli--he did not charge me for replacing a defective crown even though I do have dental insurance. Dr. Ron Martinelli is the best!!!!
