I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The ladies at the front desk are awful.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

No, no one seemed to notice I was there
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
