They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their office was nice and quiet.

I was amazed at how flexible their financing options were. They were more than willing to work with me, and I ended up having to pay a lot less than I expected. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The orthodontist spent a lot of time with me during my visit. They really listened to me and made sure to thoroughly check my teeth. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
