I've been going to Dr. Keisner for over 10 years and have NO complaints at all. They are always on time, friendly and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Keisner and his entire office staff. I even missed one appointment completely -- and they called, accepted my apology, and rescheduled me.

I was called 5 times to be reminded about my up coming apointment. This borders on harrassment. When we stated to them how unhappy we were with this behavior, there was no apology. The dentist came out and was very curt and told the receiptionst to remove our phone number. The receptionst stated two of the calls were to see if they could move up our apt. so that they could leave early as we were the last appointment of the day. It is clear they only care about making life convient for themselves. The dentist did not care about our experiences with his staff. His only concer was to shut us up -- no apologies from the DOCTOR, much less his staff. I guess most of their patients are either sick, old, or stupid. They did not seem to care at all about our feelings only about upholding their exact office procedures. Too bad after 12 years of never missing an appointment this is how you get treated.
