I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better.
Watch what you say, if you ask ( do you accept my insurance) yes we do, truth be told you need to ask do you participate , then , well no. this dentist I feel has done more than my family wrong in this manner. I hope that if his office has done you this way, that you take the time to let every person know how he does business. We have even wrote him two rebuttal letters and have had face to face with him, (all he will say is that the service has been render, I bet there are allot of people he has done this too. Together we can stop this type of fraud.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.
