I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love how attentive they are here.Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.they were by far the best I've ever seen. Gave wrong date on first email.earlier today. I was patient since 1979, until I moved out of the area about 2001.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The staff was super friendly and seemed really interested in me.

Virtually PAIN-FREE dentistry!! Extremely professional and courteous and respectful. Super friendly and sweet staff. Dr., Grace is extremely gentle and compassionate and thoughtful. Virtually pain-free treatment. In fact, yesterday I went for a refilling. He assessed it and found the filling (a very old one) only needed touching-up, so he gave me the option of whether or not I wanted a shot for numbing. I chose to decline the numbing, and, despite the drilling required, felt only a moment of tolerable pain. The staff always greet me with a smile and by name, even when it's been 6 months since the last time they'd seen me. I have recommended family and friends to go to Dr. Grace, and THEY are quite pleased with him, too. He truly lives up to his name: GRACE!
Also, he is sensitive to people with chemical/environmental issues. He respects the importance of mercury-free fillings to some.
