They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
