There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

I have never been treated as poorly by an office manager as I have today when I attempted to obtain a referral for my toddler to see a pediatric dentist through this office (I have an HMO that requires kids to have an adult dentist as a primary assignment).

Suzie, the office manager, was beyond rude, dismissive, and outright offensive. She refused to speak to the insurance representative to answer her as to why she refused to 1) schedule an appt for my daughter to get the referral or 2)bypass the appt and request the referral.

I can only imagine how horrible it would be to deal with her in the event of a billing error (should one arise) on down the line. Dr. davar may be a great dentist, but his support staff has a direct influence on the overall experience, and mine was terrible. I will look elsewhere for a dental provider.

Dr. Davari and staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. His staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate with plenty of available parking. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
