They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
