They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was very FEARFUL when I first went in because of prior experiences... however I can go in there without the anxiety I was feeling with other dentist because he is extremely knowledgeable in his field and staff is extremely friendly and down to earth. I feel very at home and at ease.
