As a first time patient I called for an appointment, the girl who answered the phone was rude and short! I ended up hanging up, this is NOT a place I want to go if the first contact, even prior to the appointment, was bad.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
