My family considers Dr Nguyen and Qwan like family, so when we walk in the door, we feel like guests, called by name with a genuine smile. Even with our children there is no apprehension whatsoever when it's time to go to the dentist. They are thoughtful and considerate, know what sports our girls play and what our interests are and where we work--because they take the time and have a sincere interest to get to know us as people--and not an income source (like we've felt before). We are more than customers at HQ, and the quality of their professional service and the care that goes into it is a reflection of that same ethic. We believe that the dental service we get at HQ is of the hightest quality one can expect at the best dental office anywhere and are as sure and comfortable that what work we have done here couldn't be done better anywhere else. We have lived in other places and have visited other dental offices and have felt that we didn't have choices as to our care and have even felt that some procedures suggested were unwarranted. We don't feel that here. We come to Dr Nguyen because we believe she knows what is the best manner of treatment to suggest and tells us why, gives us a plan of service and shows us the billing herself. They have set a new standard as to what to expect from a professional office for us, and we will absolutely be going back to HQ because we have found our dentist company--and trusted friends in town.
