They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered in a professional manner.

No, but I was able to read a magazine

No, they didn't wear any cologne
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
