Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Love Dr. Thompson! I haven't had Dr. Christensen so I can't say anything about him. The dental office is very homey and I love that each room has a theme. Everyone is super friendly and they don't mind calling your insurance to make sure everything gets covered etc. The only negative thing I can say is that they usually make you wait a while after your appt time, but they treat you promptly once you're in. They were not a dentist included on my new HMO dental so I pay more money for the PPO so I can continue going here. Definitely will continue for many years to come!

I have been to many dentist offices through the years because I never found that one dentist office and doctor who have people who are genuinely kind, care, AND LISTEN. They paid close attention to me and my concerns and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I was impressed by the immediate response and action I got regarding my concerns when my previous dentists would brush me off.

My hygienist, Maggie, probably had the most capable hands I've ever experienced as well. She was thorough and gentle.

My dentist, Dr. Coleman, was very warm, welcoming and really gave me his undivided attention. He explained to me what to expect in a way I could understand and made sure I understood.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

This place is a keeper!
